Devin Bagley is a testament to the transformative power of fitness in healing from trauma as her journey has been marked by both triumphs and tribulations. From being in a wreck which left her in a medically induced coma to experiencing multiple other traumas that left her with depression and anxiety. 

She began to really immerse herself in strength training, yoga, and meditation. Devin discovered that fitness was not merely a distraction, but a form of self-care and empowerment. With each rep, each stride, and each pose, she found herself reclaiming control over her body and mind. The gym became her sanctuary, a place where she could release pent-up emotions and channel her pain into strength.

Driven by her own experiences, Devin has since dedicated herself to helping others harness the power of fitness in their own healing journeys. As a certified personal trainer and mental health advocate, she works tirelessly to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking refuge from their own inner turmoil. Her compassionate approach and unwavering support serve as beacons of hope for those who have yet to discover the transformative potential of fitness.

Alyson Shade

Mobility Flow Instructor

Alyson has been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2011. She is RYT 200 & E-RYT 500 certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yogahour and Yin, as well as trauma-informed yoga (Veterans Yoga Project), intuitive energy work (Christina Ambubuyog) and the anatomy of hands-on assists. 

Alyson served as faculty on Capitol Hill Yoga’s certification program and later led yoga teacher training (certified YACEP) at her former studio, Realignment Studio, in Washington, DC. Prior to opening her studio, she was Director of the Mind/Body Department at Results The Gym on Capitol Hill and taught weekly classes at the US Supreme Court. Caitlin Burgess

Mat Pilates Instructor

Caitlin is a Certified Pilates and Barre Instructor with Kat Barre Method. She believes that fitness is about empowering clients to appreciate the incredible things their bodies can do, while building both physical strength and mental resilience.

Passionate about teaching, Caitlin creates classes that are as fun as they are effective. She delights in organizing special Pilates events where women can move, connect, and simply enjoy themselves in a supportive community. Nothing brings her more joy than watching clients leave her classes feeling celebrated, uplifted, and inspired to move through life with confidence and positivity.
